1. Get a good night's rest
Let's face facts. When was the last time you got a whole 8 hours of sleep? With today's busy lifestyle, it's tough to get enough rest. But let's be honest. Your body needs time to repair and re-energize your cells. So make sure you get a lot of it to wake up refreshed and reinvigorated for the next day.

2. Smell clean and fresh
Keep the smell of sweat away by staying in the shade or packing some wet wipes in your bag. Spray on your favorite citrus scents (Orange, Lemon, Lime) for a light and fresh feel even during dry or humid months.

3. Bring new life to your skin
Enliven a dull complexion with a dash of lime juice, rose water and cucumber juice. Apply the mixture to your skin to brighten up a dull and greasy complexion!
