Strawberries and Greens
This is a great spring and summer dish to be served with grilled Salmon and a nice bottle of white wine. This recipe is easy to make and will surely impress friends and family!

1/2 box of Spring Mix
goats cheese to taste
thin sliced roasted almonds
Fusion Gourmet Citrus Salad Dressing (only found at Kin's)
20 strawberries, washed and cut in halves

- In a small bowl mix the salad dressing with the spring mix
- Place the greens on the centre of 4 large plates
- Place strawberries on top of salad
- Sprinkle roasted almonds and goats cheese on top to taste

Makes 4 servings.


Chocolate-Cream-Cheese-Covered-Strawberries

This is a perfect dessert for gatherings and dinner parties. This simple and sophisticated dessert will definitely awe your guests.

2 cartons of large strawberries
600 grams of your favorite milk chocolate
200 grams of your favorite dark chocolate
1 pkg of non whipped cream cheese
powdered sugar

- Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
- Heat chocolate until completely melted.
- With a whisk, mix the chocolate into the cream cheese until smooth and put it into a cake-decorating bag.
- Wash strawberries, slice each one in half and lay them out on a sheet of wax paper. Using the decorating bag, pipe small swirls on top of each strawberry.
- For the final touch you may sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.

Refrigerate the strawberries prior to serving and enjoy!
