According to a study conducted by the University of Kansas School of Medicine, eating grapes on a regular basis could help prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Grapes can trigger critical genes to block the Alzheimer’s passageway. Also, this study showed that eating grapes drastically slows down a gene that causes natural inflammation of the brain as we age. This gene triggers many diseases affecting the brain, including Alzheimer’s.
As for active brains, work on math and logic exercises to help stimulate various brain activities so you can maintain healthy brain functions as you age.
So, for a healthy brain, work on math/logic exercises and eat your grapes!
